The food-menu varies with the seasons, while at the same time serving several of our signature-dishes. Pictures below depict some of our current dishes.

We accommodate some allergies and food intolerances, but require you to inform our booking (booking@restaurantsubstans.no) at least 24 hours prior to your reservation in order to clarify your request.

Wine-menu is updated, but always subject to availability. Please get in touch with or Sommelier-team (booking@restaurantsubstans.no) in advance if you require something special or would like to reserve bottles for your dining experience.
