Menus
The food-menu varies with the seasons, while at the same time serving several of our signature-dishes. We partner with small Norwegian growers like Annis, Offshore and Dundrun as well as small importers of speciality supplies like Savor for Caviar from Gastro Unika.
We accommodate some allergies and food intolerances, but require you to inform our booking (booking@restaurantsubstans.no) at least 24 hours prior to your reservation in order to clarify your request. We are not able to accommodate for vegan, vegetarian, coeliac or milk protein.
Wine-menu is updated, but always subject to availability. Please get in touch with or Sommelier-team (booking@restaurantsubstans.no) in advance if you require something special or would like to reserve bottles for your dining experience.
